Mike Mulloy is the Vice President of Facilities Management for The NRP Group.

He leads all operations for NRP Renovations LLC, a general contractor division specializing in the renovation and redevelopment of multi-family and single family housing. In this role, Mulloy works closely with the development team’s designers, architects and consultants to create all project scopes, budgets and schedules and is ultimately responsible for executing on all redevelopment contracts.

In addition to leading the project renovations, Mulloy is responsible for maintaining and preserving the physical condition of all The NRP Group’s managed properties, consisting of 20,000 units spread across 150 properties nationwide. In this role, he and his team carryout all property due diligence, CAPEX planning and project execution, insurance claims and restoration work. He creates policy for sound operational performance, and he provides support, training and mentorship to over 190 facilities associates in the field.

Mulloy joined The NRP Group in 2014 as a Regional Maintenance Manager, responsible for a portfolio of properties throughout the Midwest and southeast US. In September 2016, he was promoted to Vice President of Facilities, taking responsibility for the entire managed portfolio.

Prior to coming to The NRP Group, Mulloy worked for The Coral Company, a regional management and development firm based in northeast Ohio. Mulloy worked as the Director of Maintenance for The Coral Company, and in that role, he was responsible for all facilities maintenance for a unique portfolio of historic renovation projects converted to apartments.

Mulloy attended St. Edward High School before studying Marketing at Bowling Green State University. Outside of work, Mulloy enjoys serving his community. He coaches youth activities, sits on the local Board of Zoning Appeals and volunteers with several non-profit civic organizations in the Greater Cleveland community.
