Michael Mangum a multifamily service professional with over 20 years of industry related experience. As Director of Operations, he oversees all aspects of the Maintenance and Construction Services Division, as well as provides support and insight to a team of service professionals spanning over 150 sites within the multifamily, association, and commercial real estate industry.

Additionally, he is involved with project management and consulting, due diligence, navigating insurance claims, as well as technical support and oversight for major property initiatives and capital projects.

He has a passion for training, building teams and streamlining operations.
