Mark Peele

Mark Peele CAMT, is the Director of Maintenance and Construction with PRG Real Estate, a multifamily owner-operator firm based in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. PRG is a leading multifamily operating company in the USA that acquires and repositions multifamily investments across the country.

Joining their team in 2014, Mark coordinates the activity of PRG’s Maintenance and Construction Management and is responsible for Capital Improvements and Project Management with over 100MM spends for the entire portfolio.

Mark has been affiliated with the apartment industry for over 30 years, is a Certified Pool Operator Instructor for the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) and also a proctor for the EPA CFC certification exam. In 2022, Mark earned the PHTA Instructor Award being recognized for being a Top 3 Excellence in Training Award.

In his free time he enjoys taking Karate classes, playing golf and actively takes piano lessons.
