Oscar Rodriguez-Aguila is a seasoned real estate executive with over 25 years of experience in property management and asset preservation. He began his career as a maintenance technician and steadily advanced to leadership roles, earning the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and co-founding ProActive Realty Investments, an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®). Born in Mexico and raised in Orange, California, Oscar graduated from California State University Fullerton in 2004 with a bachelor's degree. He is deeply committed to community service, serving as the Board Chair of the Fair Housing Council of Orange County and as Vice President of Education for IREM Orange County. Oscar is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, working to improve housing conditions and inspire future generations.

Experienced Facility manager with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Skilled in Customer Service, Management, Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Project Planning. Strong operations professional with a Master's degree focused in Specialized Sales, Merchandising and Marketing Operations from Universidad CEU San Pablo.

Jesse is a Regional Maintenance Supervisor with over five years of experience in the apartment maintenance industry. Based in Lafayette, Indiana, Jesse has earned recognition for excellence, being named the Indiana Apartment Association’s 2024 Maintenance Technician of the Year. In addition, Jesse was honored as a 2025 “20 on the Rise” recipient by the National Apartment Association. With a commitment to quality service and leadership, Jesse continues to make a significant impact in the industry.
